“My idea is to share Feelgood Womanhood with everyone!” Interview with Isabel Lopez

Never forget to believe in yourself and feel that you are part of the Universe, that you are part of the Existence with the Whole. We are drops of the ocean forming together the Universe. We are One with the Whole.
True wellness is a state of physical, mental and social well-being, beyond the absence of illness or disability. When we know how to flow.
1
What is your concept of wellness?
First of all thank you very much for this interview and our collaboration.
When I refer to “feelgood” as wellness, I am referring to holistic wellness, being well in all senses on a global level. Being healthy not only from a physical or physiological point of view, but also from the physical or physiological point of view, but also from the emotional and spiritual, where each of the parts affect the outcome.
For me, real health, well-being is a state formed by a set of variables such as physical, mental and social well-being, and not only by the absence of diseases or illnesses. Wellness to my understanding comes from the holistic term: “Of the whole or considering something, as a whole”. The philosopher Aristotle summarized the essence of the holistic concept as follows: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts”, which I fully share.
A person’s well-being is achieved when the whole of the body, energy, mind, emotions and spirit are in harmony. Although it seems very obvious it is not so easy to achieve in our society, as we are not taught in schools or at least it is not the priority and many do not become aware of how to balance these pillars that make up our authentic health, wellness. The life we lead with the chronic stress we endure somehow prevents us from focusing on ourselves, which is the antithesis of inner peace.
There are different levels to consider in order to achieve complete holistic health. The physical level, which we can manage with healthy routines covering the needs of our body in every situation.
The emotional level through the sustainable and adequate management of emotions, especially those that we understand as negative, such as anxiety, fear, anguish, etc…which requires a higher level of emotional intelligence as we tend to want to avoid what we understand as suffering, instead of transcending them. Emotional mismanagement can have repercussions in our organism even in the physical plane, since from the holistic point of view all planes are interrelated.
The spiritual plane, related to feelings from an existential level. It is about knowing how to manage our energy and transcendent essence, transcending our lights and shadows. Each one of us is responsible for our own spiritual awakening, as well as for bringing our soul and emotions into harmony with our essence, of which we are part, the universal consciousness. We are responsible for integrating each of the planes of our existence, body, mind and soul, in harmony and that is why awakening and awareness is so important.
I consider it important to detach ourselves from guilt and reach true forgiveness, self-forgiveness. We tend to project our own present in a past full of suffering, blaming the outside, or ourselves, aligning each of us with guilt. We project a past onto our present that separates us from our essence. When we are not conscious we repeat over and over again our past in our present.
True well-being is achieved by becoming aware of our creative mind, capable of reliving the emotions and beliefs of the past in our future and present, thus forgetting to live in the present. This is the origin of our lack of living, our anxiety, anguish and suffering. Our misinterpreted ego leads us to the antithesis of holistic health. You are the co-creator of your existence since from your mind you focus your reality, thus becoming forever the observer who creates your own reality.
Wellness makes us free, it frees us from our chains when we live in coherence with our true Self and the Universe, the unity consciousness. We are free to decide and to make mistakes, without having to feel subjected to anything or anyone, with the gift of our existence. True wellness is a state of physical, mental and social well-being, beyond the absence of illness or disability. When we know how to flow.
In short, the idea of wellness refers to the proper integration of physical, mental, spiritual and spiritual-emotional dimensions in both health and illness. We can experience wellness, without perfect health, being sick or unhealthy to some level or degree, and still experience wellness.
The concept of wellness must in my understanding take into account the human being as a whole being. This approach to the concept of wellness shows us the different dimensions as interdependent and integrated in the human being at the same time, which functions as an entity in relation to the world around it, in a perfect interconnection.
The holistic concept of wellness has the following characteristics: positivism, health from a positive perspective, wellness, putting the focus on wellness instead of disease, uniqueness, where each one forms an entity, thus forming a whole unit, integrity, as each of the parts are interrelated, and the practice of a healthy life, understanding health as the natural state of the human being, the tendency of the organism to osmosis and the law of the natural balance of the Universe.
Our misinterpreted ego leads us to the antithesis of holistic health.

What do you do in your daily life to be and feel more connected to mother earth?
In my daily life I practice conscious meditation or by auto pilot in some of its forms, which is an excellent method to improve our physical, mental, spiritual health and thus feel connected with mother earth, our physical environment and the spiritual energy that surrounds us. Visualization and self-observation of our own internal dialogue is a very powerful tool.
Sometimes I can imagine in my meditation that I am a tree with roots, branches and leaves which helps me to establish a deep contact with the world around me, mother earth and be more aware of my body movements. This is a practice that I recommend to everyone.
Every day we should, if possible, find a moment of peace, a place in silence without distractions to listen to our inner voice. I also try to make this place a comfortable place where I can concentrate in order to establish a connection between my body and the peaceful thoughts in my mind. At least ten minutes a day. The important thing is to feel and have the ability to concentrate, abstracting ourselves to have an imperceptible timeless moment of connection with the Universe.
If possible, I try to physically connect with the Earth by touching the ground directly with my hands and then with my feet, greeting the sun in a state of gratitude. It is a unique moment to practice meditation with a visualization in which I imagine that I am One with the Whole, with Mother Nature. Also hugging a tree and feeling its energy helps me to reach this moment of peace. The most important thing is the intention and the intensity with which we reach this special amount of peace and connection.
For me the strength of these tools is to become aware of our breathing. Breathing correctly and consciously is a fundamental component of good meditation. I breathe from the diaphragm practicing conscious breaths while performing the corresponding healing visualization according to the situation I am in. As I inhale, I lift my diaphragm and feel my rib cage expand outward releasing my negativity, bringing more love and acceptance into my life.
An example would be: I hold my breath for a few seconds, exhale by contracting my diaphragm muscles towards my belly, inhale and exhale through my nose, not through my mouth, this way I keep my stress and anxiety levels under control, achieving a point of harmony between my body, mind and emotions.
During concentrated breathing I imagine that my body undergoes a process of transformation. Thus, as I inhale outward, I visualize my body filling with positive energy. As I exhale and bring my abdominal muscles inward, I visualize that I am releasing the negative forces in my life.
This is truly one of the most powerful tools I know. Practicing this basic technique of accepting, inhaling the positive and repelling, exhaling negative feelings helps me to clear my mind. The results are almost immediate. I also know that this is part of the neuroplasticity of our mind from a scientific point of view.
As I breathe, I sometimes close my eyes. I imagine that my feet are rooted to the earth beneath me. I visualize my feet as sprouting roots, as if they were at the base of a tree trunk. These roots connect me to all other beings on Earth, to all of nature. The important thing is to perceive the moment from acceptance, with this I get my moment of Mindfulness.
After feeling the connection with nature, with the Earth, I direct my energy upwards and outwards. I imagine my torso as the trunk of a tree that grows and then becomes branches, which then become leaves thanks to the sun. If the occasion permits, I raise my arms above my head as if they were the branches of the tree I have become through visualization.
With this, I visualize with my mind a sense of connection between the roots in the ground and the branches in the sky, I feel the communication of the opposites, the Earth and the Sky. I try to practice this process for at least a few minutes in some form or another when circumstances permit. When the exercise is finished, I imagine my energy balanced and stable. I usually then say a phrase such as. “All is well, Thank you.” This phrase transports me to this state of peace in harmony with mother nature.
Also the simple act of walking in silence is a form of meditation that allows me to reach this special moment of connection with mother nature and the Universe in many different contexts and in a simple way. The important thing is to connect with the feeling of peace within me, wherever I am.
This method of connection is also possible for me when I am in the creation of an activity, especially when I am writing. I practice breathing while carrying out these activities, and in doing so I feel how I am connected with nature and the rest of humanity.
Meditation for me is a great act of reflection, and for this I carry a journal with me as a perfect element to calm and inspire me to put my thoughts in order. The mere act of writing notes of my own introspection makes me connect with the Universe. In my notes I usually list the things I am grateful for in order to set goals. It is part of the process of materializing with Mother Nature.
These techniques help me to highlight the positive elements in my life and release the negative energy within me to transcend it.

Three favorite amulets or belongings?
I consider it important to start from the basis that the most important thing is detachment when it comes to our well-being. This thought pattern makes us free and less dependent on the material and the outside world, thus achieving greater emotional control.
Having said this, it is also true that our subconscious mind is symbolic, hence the importance of amulets or “favorite” belongings as a technique of conscious reinforcement of our goals, lowering our anxiety and discomfort. Amulets help us to reach optimal levels of well-being more directly and quickly.
In fact, resorting to amulets or rituals as well as manifestations that connect us with our transcendental part is something very normal that we all consciously or unconsciously, to a different extent, do in times of emergency or very emotional circumstances.
The use of rituals or amulets for me is part of the archetypes referred to by Carl Gustav Jung, as a manifestation of the human being to find in faith an answer to the inexplicable as well as hope in the midst of uncertainty and even in the limit moments of our existence.
It is then, in those moments, in which spontaneously and without any reflection, the human being evokes “prayers and prayers” that escape reason and we give it to the unknown, to the Beyond.
When we feel an emergency, instinct comes to our aid, automatically and instinctively, as these practices are part of our DNA. We usually resort to amulets or rituals in circumstances of uncertainty, danger and when making decisions, especially if we consider them important. It is something inherent to the essence of being human.
That said, my favorite belongings that I always carry with me are:
1- Eckhart Tolle’s book, The Power of the Now.
2- Photos of my daughters
3- Notebook in my purse. It is my way of feeling safe and at peace.
When we feel an emergency, instinct comes to our aid, automatically and instinctively as these practices are part of our DNA.

What led you to create the #feelinggoodwomanhood concept?
It is part of an idea when I started blogging on my blog @misslopez
For me the #feelgoodwomanhood concept is part of the manifestation of the Laws of the Universe, of the innate balance that life tends to, the Yin Yang of our existence.
Feelgood Womanhood entails a higher level of consciousness where polarities are unified transcending duality. Feelgood Womanhood is the equivalence of the parts, balancing the feminine energy with the masculine, the piece that was missing and is missing in society to achieve the perfect balance. A relationship of equivalence, not equality.
Yin Yang is a philosophical and religious principle that explains the existence of two opposing but complementary forces that are essential in the Universe: yin, associated with the feminine, darkness, passivity and earth; and yang, linked to the masculine, light, active and heaven.
According to this philosophy, both energies are necessary to maintain universal balance. Feelgood Womanhood is the Yin to complete the balance with the two opposing forces. The missing piece to transcend polarities and achieve happiness. It is not about competing against the opposite part, the “Yang” but complementing with the Whole as part of the universal natural gear.
My idea is to share Feelgood Womanhood with everyone!
Talking about the feminine essence:
I speak “woman” as a feminine part, which does not necessarily imply gender. We all have a masculine and feminine part, actually.
1/ Every woman has the right to receive from her family and environment what is best for her health and well-being.
2/ Every woman has the right to develop her possibilities for the improvement of her quality of life.
3/ Every woman has the right to show and make use of her femininity with pride and respect.
4/ Every woman has the right to enjoy the good things in life.
5/ Every woman has the right to carry out her role within the family as well as her role as a mother with respect and consideration.
6/ Every woman has the right to be recognized for her work as well as her contribution both inside and outside the home.
7/ Every woman has the right to find a balance between her work and family life.
8/ Every woman has the right to feel good about her body.
9/ Every woman has the right to ask for sustainable demands from her environment.
10/ Every woman has the right to be herself and to be proud of her womanhood.
Viva Feelgood Womanhood, for a more balanced and harmonious Universe!

Do you have any advice to give to someone who might be feeling a bit lost right now, besides their childhood hopes and dreams?
I am originally from Spain, but my heart is also divided between another country, Sweden where I came for love. I live in Stockholm now although I consider myself a digital nomad and above all I feel like a citizen of the world.
I love entrepreneurship and have fought for the achievement of my goals thanks to which I consider myself a fulfilled woman. For me it is with empowerment where we learn to flow, to create with the Universe and therefore a very important function in my work mission.
I feel that goals are achievable when we connect with our Dharma, our mission in life. When we are able to act from a state of peace and not fear. That is when true empowerment comes to us. Our greatest area of influence is when we are a source of inspiration to others, to our outer world. This is the greatest driving force in everything we do, each of us being that source of inspiration to grow and evolve together.
When I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a famous writer, so I tell you never give up on your dreams.
If you feel lost right now, first take a breath, watch your breath. It is a process and you are going to need to take some time so patience and calmness is the first thing, although in reality you are just a click away from awareness, something Tony Robbins once said.
Never forget to believe in yourself and feel that you are part of the Universe, that you are part of the Existence with the Whole. We are drops of the ocean forming together the Universe. We are One with the Whole.
Live your life from gratitude, however you find yourself; it is a good start. This way you raise your vibration and you will be able to connect with higher levels of consciousness, with the energy of which we are all a part.
Think that acceptance helps us to integrate the reality of life, understanding uncertainty as something positive, as part of life, making it easier to redirect our way to flow with life.
We must learn to live with the uncontrollable, which is almost everything, and to control our mind, our internal dialogue to understand that it is really us with our vision of things, with our perspective, who create our reality.
We are the observer who by observing also creates reality, our reality. What we tell ourselves about what is happening to us is actually more important than what is happening on the outside. We must become strong by training our mind.
Therefore and from the heart,
• Accept life with its pros and cons.
• Feel how you are part of a much bigger project. You are not alone!
• Learn to observe your thoughts and feelings. Feel how you are the observer of your thoughts and emotions and thus take some distance, if you want to.
• Trust and listen to your body. The body speaks to us and remember that it is the temple of the soul.
• Never forget to accept yourself as you are, even if you want to improve something.
• Be grateful for what you already have.
Use your energy to learn to think in the right direction: there are simply things we must accept if we do not want to suffer. It is part of life. Life is a learning process and you choose to perceive it as positive or negative. The Universe and reality are neutral. Remember, if you want to, you can!
If you become obsessed with something that you cannot get out of your head, I recommend that you use the technique of visualization, the power of the mind is incredible.
• Visualize. What is the worst thing that could happen to me for the case in question? Imagine for a moment the worst and when you are already in that moment, visualize and turn it positive. By visualizing the worst that hypothetically could happen little by little you realize that in the end it was not as bad as you thought, or not. It is part of the behavioral technique and in the end you prepare your mind to know how to get out of it.
• To minimize the consequences, accept the possibility that we are not 100% in control of the outcome. That’s life. The “quantum” field of life is the platform of infinite possibilities and so is our life. Our life is not pre-determined, you do a lot of your part!
• It is a process and requires dedication, at least consistency for three weeks to change the patterns of our mind.
The most important thing is to become aware that we all have an internal dialogue coming from the Ego whose mission is to protect us from dangers but which we must control. Our thoughts are a mental creation so we can change them.
Become aware that you are not your thoughts and that what we feel comes from our thoughts, or vice versa. If you control your beliefs you can also change your vision of life, your perspective. The key is to learn to speak in a friendly tone to ourselves from peace and help us to self-regulate our internal dialogue.
Think that the mind is like the sky where the sun always shines and that your thoughts, depending on how they are, are the clouds that can darken the sun within. Thoughts are the filter through which we see and judge what we see, thus forming our beliefs and in this way we interpret reality. Think that in reality there is no such thing as a neutral thought. Therefore our thoughts, our judgments are not necessarily “real” but are a creation of our mind, judgments from the Ego based on fear.
Self-compassion is very important, reminding ourselves that we are doing the best we can, knowing the importance of breathing consciously while accepting that in our life there are ups and downs, good days and bad days, or at least from our perspective. Acceptance of “reality” helps us not to suffer.
The key is to treat yourself with love, appreciation, encouragement and encouragement in a realistic way to keep calm. In any case we are not perfect so if you have a bad day, accept it better and move on. Life goes on in the everything is constant change.
Bottom line. Remember!
• Take a deep breath. It calms you down.
• Be aware that you create your reality with your interpretation of what happens to you.
• Be kind to yourself and use reinforcing affirmations such as “everything is fine, thank you Universe”.
• Even if you do not succeed as you would like, be grateful for whatever it is and leave it in the hands of the Universe.

Last but not least, 3 wishes for 2021?
I only wish for two things: everything and nothing. That’s an understatement!
I have learned the importance of synchronicity knowing that the Universe always has for me, my best potentials. Connecting with my quantum double every day before going to sleep so it can do its job is the best way to channel my wishes.
By this I mean that it is okay to wish but in reality what we should do is to channel with the Universe since we are always creating with it. Manifestation comes when we flow, so wishing is fine as long as it does not block the manifestation process.
For example, if you want one year of prosperity, sow wheat. If you want ten years of prosperity, plant fruit trees. If you want a lifetime of prosperity, plant friends.
There is a point at which desire must be transmuted into faith and trust. We must not confuse desire to the point that it becomes frustration, anxiety or anguish because we did not get what we desired according to our expectations. Therein lies the importance of wishing from a place of peace.
My desire for this 2021 in the affective plane is to reestablish lost relationships with some relatives, my daughters and with a love that I have had for a long time in the United States but due to the current situation in which we find ourselves and because of the restrictions right now it is not possible to see each other. Everything has its moment.
These two desires, at the same time that I do my part to the extent of my possibilities, I leave them to the Universe so that at the right time they meet in my path and allow the manifestation. At the same time, I am aware that acceptance is my greatest ally to get through these moments and not fall into suffering. To resist the present moment is to suffer. The best thing is to flow and trust that my best potentials are yet to come. Without expectations.
With the belief that this 2021 arrives with pleasant surprises that fill our lives with pure happiness, thanks to each of you. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of dreams without a doubt. Never forget to have hope. I must not forget it either.
May love envelop each of your days this New Year 2021. Love is everything.
It is said that there are three things in life: health, money and love. Beyond the loving and affective plane, I wish to continue being grateful for every moment lived and the health granted, for feeling in connection with the Divinity that makes me flow with the mission I have in this life, which is to help the world to become more aware and raise its state of well-being thanks to my work that is actually a great love, my passion.
Thank you, Universe!
The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of dreams without a doubt. Never forget to have hope.
