3. A good nutritious breakfast
Never miss a hearty breakfast. It’s of utmost importance for you to maintain your peak throughout the day and lose weight healthily. If possible, try to take this meal in family. There’s no better start of a day than a healthy breakfast together.
4. Reflect about what you want to feel
As soon as you wake up, instead of thinking about what to do during the day, reflect on how you want to feel. Thus, tasks will not determine your emotional state.
