2. You’ve just started to open yourself again
Even if you are just thinking about the fact that you need to open your heart more to the people around you, you are already on the right track. And remember, isolation is never the solution.
3. You are unpredictably emotional
It’s just another way of saying that you are no longer suppressing everything. You are starting to feel again, which gives you one more step to be able to deal with these feelings in a real and most human way.
4. Some annoying clichés are starting to make sense
You are seeing why hard work is important, being present is important and positivity is a choice. You are seeing how love is something you create and your life is what you do. And all that stuff that seemed to be pointless and nonsense is now the answer to almost everything.
5. You are becoming hyper conscious
It’s just a side effect of becoming more self-aware. Alternatively, you are finally reaching a healthy balance, capable to recognize the positive and negative aspects about who you are, without denying or inflating any of these aspects.
6. All you need is to feel good about who you are
In the past, you may have dreamed about a life where you were most successful, incredibly beautiful and completely loved. When you start being the center of your spirit, you want your life to reflect who you are, not who you would like to be.
7. Sometimes you feel lost
Which is just another way of saying that you are distancing yourself from your old ideas about what your life should be like, what the future should look like, and so on. Living in the present feels a lot like being “lost” before we get used to it.

Instead of struggling with your emotional trauma or low self-esteem – or worse, trying to control something else instead – you are beginning to realize that on the other side of these things, which torment you deeply, there is a deeper truth about who you are.
9. The problem is not them, the problem is you
Aside from the fact that people love to project their problems on other people and turn away from their own shortcomings, if it’s affecting you, it’s your responsibility to change. The blame game is irrelevant and a completely waste of time and energy. It’s simple.
10. You realize you have to give your life what you want to receive in return
You complain that you don’t have love, but you don’t actually go out and try to date. Sometimes you hate your job, but you’re not looking for a new one; always stressed, but you don’t work better to control your emotions, concentrating more and working more efficiently. You recognize that you want more of your life, understanding that it’s time to start making it happen.
It’s up to you. Let’s to it.
