At other times they are bad and no matter how hard we try to get rid of them it is difficult because they are deep-rooted in us. 1. Not living in the present
We can start by one of the most known toxic habits that drain your energy. We are imperfect human beings who are always clinging to things that will get us out of situations that we dislike and happen to us. There’s some news for you: we need to go through these situations no matter what. The Universe is perfect and always places us where we should be.
It is no use thinking about the future and forgetting the present. It is no use for us to live in the past and not focus on the present. The present exists to be lived without our mind being influenced by what happened before or what we think will happen next. This is very important!
2. Not taking care of your physical body
When we decide to delve deeper into our spiritual journey, it is not unusual for us to be so overwhelmed by what we find that we forget our body. But this is not a good habit. As much as we try to learn and evolve spiritually, our body is what carries our soul.
