Taurus is often “all fired up”, as the expression says. This sign native has 1000 ideas per minute, they want to do everything at once, at the same time and they never take the time to ask themselves to weigh the pros and cons.

One of the rituals for the season of Taurus is always to learn how to release the pressure. Unfortunately, with the rise of social media, television and the series boom, reading has been relegated to the background for many years.
However, all you have to do is start reading a novel or even a comic book and you will be hooked after just a few days. The reader virus gets caught quickly: you will quickly get a taste for it if you give yourself a chance.
It will do you a lot of good; it will allow you to completely disconnect, to forget the problems of everyday life by putting yourself in your bubble.
3. Eat more fruit
As the saying goes, you have to develop “a healthy mind in a healthy body”. Meditation and reading will allow you to embark on the path of a healthy life. Food is definitely one of them.
Limit starchy foods and sugar, especially in the evening, and favor fresh and seasonal fruits. Good for your body, your wallet and for the planet.
