How to energize crystals the right way
Each crystal contains specific properties and powers that can bring multiple benefits to our life, our health, our environment. However, it is not enough just to buy them and start decorating at home or use it on a necklace, you also need to clean and energize crystals so that they act according to the energy you need.
How should I energize my crystals?
After cleaning the crystal, it is recommended to energize it. It’s like you’re going to recharge its batteries. See different ways:
Leaving your crystal exposed to sunlight is a good way to energize it. It is better to put it on the morning light, which is softer; look for the exact time needed to energize your crystal with this method. Some need hours and others can only support a few minutes exposed to the sun.
Moonlight also helps you to energize crystals. The moon has a more feminine, delicate, sensitive energy. So you can let your crystal take a moon bath all night long, preferably on the crescent or full moon.
The crystals came from the earth so they can be recharged when in contact with it. You can bury your crystals in your yard or plant pot by holding it there for 24 hours or you can simply put it on the ground for a few hours which is also energizing.
With your hands
You can energize your crystals yourself: place them between your hands and spin until warm. Then inhale deeply imagining a white light entering through your nostrils to your lung and exhaling that energy on top of your crystal.
Energizing by force of pyramids
The pyramids attract and direct vital energies to your interior. So if you leave your crystal for a few hours inside a pyramid, that energy will be directed to it. To perform this process, use hollow pyramids of metal or wood and leave the crystal for at least 24 hours in its center.
Energizing by fire
Another way to energize stones and crystals is through fire. Use a flame to lightly heat your crystal and produce an energetic effect. You can do this by passing your crystal near the flame of a candle or a burning firewood.
No strong flame is needed, only the stimulus of the fire element will energize. Avoid using the flame of stoves, lighters, or torches in the procedure.
