Yes, it is true, today you can find many therapies and people that help you align your chakras, however, you do not always have the possibility of going to a third party.

In addition, plants, according to experts in energy therapies, have their own energy vibration, which help our chakras to align properly.

For this reason, we give you the list of plants for each chakra, so you can do a self-therapy.

Plants for each chakra

Plants for the root chakra

Within the list of plants for each chakra we start with the root or number one chakra. This energy wheel helps us keep our “feet on the ground” and live in the here and now.

For this reason, dandelions, radishes, garlic and onions are excellent for helping the root chakra function properly.

The dandelion can be used in infusion, oil or plaster, and radishes, garlic and onions in your daily diet, and if they are raw much better.

Plants for the sacral chakra

This energy center is connected with creativity and the ability to produce.

Within the plant recommendations for each chakra, experts point out that the best to align this chakra are calendula and gardenia.

Put calendula or gardenia flowers on your second chakra or directly apply essential oils made with these plants.

You can also include sesame in your diet, as it will help you align the sacral chakra.

Plants for the solar plexus

This chakra is related to self-control and the ability to devise life projects.

In the list of plants for each chakra, the solar plexus corresponds to ginger, celery, cinnamon, turmeric and rosemary.

Consume them, it can be directly as in the case of celery, or make infusions.

You can also apply plasters directly to the solar plexus.

Plants for the heart chakra

This important energy center regulates everything that has to do with compassion and love: self, family, partner, etc.

For this reason, you can imagine that, in the plant recommendations for each chakra, there will be those associated with love.

Cinnamon, basil, jasmine, lavender and rose are the most suitable plants if we need to balance the heart chakra.

You can drink tea made from these plants or take relaxing baths.

Plants for the throat chakra

The throat chakra is the energy center that allows us to communicate our thoughts and feelings properly.

Lemon, peppermint and eucalyptus are, among the list of plants for each chakra, the ones that most help to align this energy wheel.

You should not consume eucalyptus, but you can use essential oil on your throat or, also, take hot water baths and eucalyptus.

Plants for the third eye

In charge of helping us with intuition and the ability to make good decisions, the third eye is one of the energy centers that is most easily blocked.

To help you align yourself correctly, juniper berries, basil, peppermint, rosemary, and lavender are recommended plants for this special chakra.

You can consume them, use them in hot baths or put plasters on your forehead.

Plants for the crown chakra

The last chakra connects us with divinity, and that is why the lotus flower is the plant indicated for its alignment.

However, it also recommends that lavender be used to align the crown chakra.
